To maintain a respectful and productive space, certain behaviors are prohibited:
Harassment and Discrimination:
Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any kind
Hate speech, discriminatory language, or offensive content
Personal attacks, trolling, or inflammatory comments
Impersonation of others or creating fake accounts
Private or Confidential Information:
Sharing confidential company details, customer data, or proprietary information about your company
Revealing another person’s confidential or personal information without their consent, including, but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses or home addresses
Sharing images featuring other individuals without their written consent
Inappropriate Content:
Spam, duplicate posts, or off-topic content that disrupts community discussions
False or misleading information
Self-promotion of personal businesses, services, or monetized content without DeepL’s approval
Posting advertisements for other businesses without DeepL’s approval
Divisive content including political campaigning, or other polarizing content unrelated to our community purpose
Intellectual Property:
Posting content that infringes upon someone else’s copyrights, trademarks or other IP rights
Only post your own content or content you have permission to use on the community platform
Sharing images, documents, or other materials without proper rights or attribution
Sharing cheats or hacks for DeepL services or third-party services

In order to ensure that DeepL Bridges remains a valuable and insightful space, please observe these content standards:
Stay on topic and avoid repetitions
Ensure your content is clear and relevant
Use net jargon and abbreviations sparingly and thoughtfully to make it easy for other members to engage in the discussion
Provide context and background when sharing complex topics
Search existing discussions before starting new topics to avoid duplicates
Please write in English so that as many people as possible can engage with your content
Reporting and Content Moderation
If you see content that violates laws or qualifies as Unacceptable Content under these guidelines and/or our Terms of Service, please notify us by using the “report” button (or equivalent function) located on the relevant post or content or contact the moderation team at [[email protected]]. We will review all reports promptly and inform you of the outcome.
We reserve the right to take appropriate action if content violates our guidelines and/or our Terms of Service including, but not limited to removing the content or, in severe cases, suspending or deactivating your Platform Account. Any action we take will be in accordance with our Terms of Service.
We may update these guidelines from time to time. Any changes will be posted here and become effective once published.
