Several issues in the desktop version for Mac: Wrong suggestions, Glossary not working, Ignoring instructions, Shortcuts not working…

Hi! DeepL Pro user here and loving the App since 2018

-I wish the Glossaries feature worked all of the time; I mean, that's its reason to exist.
-I don't know if it is the iOS environment, but DeepL fails to provide consistency/uniformity across the same doc, even with the same input.
-Also, suggestions are getting weirder including options that don't even exist, CMD + C+C Shortcut failing to work even after reinstallation, cache cleaning, resetting, All FAQs visited…
-Paragraphs ignored/repeated when translating entire docs…
-For Spanish: translating formally when specifically asked to translate informally, and vice versa.

Any colleagues or Eng to Spa translators around here experiencing some of these issues? Does the web version work better?
